Ken was fantastic, he showed up on time to my house to diagnose a busted washer, and he was up front with me and recommended that I purchased another unit instead of sinking money into mine. He's exactly the kind of repairmen that we need in society. Thank you Ken!
If I could give this man 10 stars, I definitely would.. he fixed our washer over the phone, just by telling us how to reset the control board.
He could have been as dishonest as a lot of repair people can be but instead, he didn't charge us a dime for his knowledge..However , we will send him the service fee, anyway because he saved us a boatload of money and he deserves it.
