We love Johnny Cool. Hurricane Helene took out our Carrier AC condenser on 8/27/24. Johnny Cool responded the next day with a replacement. Also there have been a few electrical issues on our end, they have responded quickly to inspect and fix what was needed. Don’t be a Fool - call Johnny Cool.
When our AC decided to take an unexpected vacation right after Hurricane Helene, we called Johnny Cool to save us from melting into puddles of despair. And let me tell you, Jon and his team were cooler than the other side of the pillow! Justyn, the AC wizard they sent out, arrived right on time, ready to take on our overheated beast of a unit. He diagnosed the issue faster than I could say "thermostat," and his repair skills were so smooth, I’m convinced he could fix an igloo in the Sahara. Jennifer must have a crystal ball because she sent Justyn equipped with all the right tools and a smile that could defrost even the grumpiest AC unit. In no time, our house went from "tropical rainforest" to "Arctic blast," and we were left wondering if we needed sweaters. If your AC is acting up and you're looking for a team that's as cool as their name, Johnny Cool is the only call you need to make. These guys will not only fix your problem, but they’ll also leave you wondering why your AC doesn’t throw in a free stand-up routine with every repair.
