My family called 5 Star because all members of our house were having big sneezing fits almost every time the A.C. kicked off. Dean from Five Star inspected the duct work, cleaned it, and installed a new air purification system. Dean said we would stop sneezing before the end of the day. He was right! We noticed the difference right away! With this rainy weather bringing up spores, I can't say we never sneeze, but it has bettered by 90%.
I'd also like to say that Dean was a lovely person. He was kind and respectful to my parents and to me. He genuinely cares about his customers comfort. Thank you Five Star for hiring good people.
Just had my AC unit serviced and I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service I recieved. Dean was my expert and not only was he professional, he went above and beyond to make sure me and my daughter were safe from the heat. Honesty and integrity go a long way for me and his level of service showed me that there are still honest companies out there that won't take advantage of you and actually want to help. I reached out to 5 Star after looking at the reviews and seeing that they take care of veterans and will continue to do business with them from now on. I'd give another 5 stars if I could.
We recently had our ac replaced and the motor that was initially installed was faulty and our air did not go below 78 degrees. We called Five star and explained our concerns and the next day they were back out, diagnosed the issue, had a new motor sent directly to our house and within 4 hours completely fixed with a brand new ac blowing lots of cool air. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing ac repairs.
