Literally called at 2pm on a Friday and I was told they'd be here in an hour or 2... 30 minutes later they're parked out front. Unbelievable customer service from the first person to the last person you spoke with. The two guys were great with everything and you can tell they like working and working together. Thank you to everyone for your help in a really poopy moment

I have used Bob's several times to drain my septic tank. Friendly, always on time, fast service and always answersright away. Great place to do business with.Service: Drain cleaning

We called Bobs to check out our tank since they have drained for us in the past. My husband made an appointment and took the day off of work for an estimate for a drainfield. No call no show.This was not the first time they no call no showed on us.Going with Ace this time around.Service: Sewer repair
