My niece has dandy walker syndrome and autistic, it is hard for Maddy to sit and let someone cut her hair, Sarah did an excellent job, listening to Maddy on how she feels and Sarah would stop when Maddy started feeling icky. Sarah took her time and the hair cut was completed with no melt downs....GREAT JOB SARAH!

I had a cut and color September 2020 & never came back. The three stars is generous. I sent messages back and forth with someone at the salon and was booked with a stylist. My stylist was 30 mins late because she needed to pick up her child from school and apparently didn't realize that I was wanting a a specific color. She told me that the color I was asking for wouldn't be possible in the time allotted. Which would have been fine had I known prior. I sent the salon pics of my current hair and the color I was wanting through messenger and it all seemed like it would be fine. Keep in mind this was when everything was opening back up so I didn't have a consultation or anything. I'm very understanding, however this stylist was rushing, didn't want to be there or even come up with another solution. I was desperate for a color so I just asked to stay brunette (I was wanting to go red) so she whipped something up- lol didn't even ask me anything for preference!!!!! It was awkward and disappointing. I got a cut, a dye, I paid, I tipped, and after that experience I won't be going back. The salon itself was clean and nice but the stylist... yikessss.
