Robin is great! I don't like change and have had roughly the same style since the 80's. However, the grays were starting to come in. Robin did an amazing job at explaining my options with coloring and really educated me, so I could move slowly while owning my decisions. She really listened to me and my fears and used words and examples I could understand. She has a real gift!
