“It is SO stressful when your AC stops working in the summer when it's 105 out. Nyk from Ocean State came out and what a great positive first impression. He brought years of technical experience and knowledge and really worked with me to provide options that met my needs. I decided to purchase a new system versus replacing parts knowing my existing system had a short extended life.

Within an hour, I had Rob setting up a temporary AC in my bedroom and installation scheduled for later that week. It was tough waiting but having one cool room to escape the heat was so appreciated.

Kenny and Evan removed my old system and installed my Trane Variable heat pump system bringing hours of positivity and good energy even in very hot and humid conditions. Excellent attention to detail and everything looked great when they were done. As they were finishing up Robert came to help wrap up and got everything up and running. Literally within minutes the humidity dropped and the entire house started feeling livable again.

We ran into a couple unexpected and unusual challenges with the thermostat and the transformer that needed to be addressed. It took a few days to investigate solutions but John delivered and resolved what I thought was an unfixable sound coming from the transformer. That was the best day!

“We had Home Services By McCue remove an old fireplace and turn the back wall of our living room into a four-panel sliding glass door to give us access to our new swimming pool (built concurrently but by a different company). They also demo’d our old hardwood floors and installed beautiful new LVP floors.
We were very pleased with the results and the work was accomplished quickly and professionally. All of McCue’s employees and subs went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable (we were living in the home during the renovation) and were happy with the final results.
As with any home renovation, not everything went 100% according to plan and we had several changes along the way. Mitch and his team were honest and fair with the time estimates and pricing along the way.
