You can never get anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment. If you're sick, they'll tell you they're booked for a month out and don't even try to get in with their immediate care, because they will tell you to come back later, they're busy as well. Dr Freier was the only reason I stayed here. Now that he is gone, I will be leaving as well.
They got me in very quickly in an extremely busy time of the year- two days after Christmas- when I wasn't able to see my PCP or seek care elsewhere. They got me a COVID and Flu test very quickly. But I think the made a prescription error with the prednisone they prescribed me since what the NP told me and what was on the discharge paper was different from the script. I was told it was 20mg per day, two 10mg pills, for 5 days. What I was written was two 20mg pills per day for 10 days. When I called, they immediately told me that the prescription was right. 40mg per day for 10 days with no taper seems unusual. I will admit I'm a terrible patient in that I don't always mind well lol! However, Brittany and Dr Frier have actually been amazing! They truly care for me and are working diligently to get me well.If I could rate the billing department individually they would not have such a great review ? But the care received here is top notch so I can deal with that ?
