The lack of compassion and phone etiquette when trying to make an appointment for my mother with Dementia is infuriating. There is zero customer service here. I will be finding another provider for my mother as this medical center clearly does not care about their patients.

I’ve been sick with a cold/bronchitis, and after not getting any sleep last night because of my cough, I decided to go on in since my PCP is closed on the weekend. I relayed to Dr. Hedenschoug that my PCP had given me Benzonatate and that I had tried NyQuil, my nebulizer machine, and Vicks to try to calm my cough and get some rest. She nodded (WORST bedside manner ever- but I figured maybe she had more pressing cases than me- I was willing to accept her dry, blank stare), and after getting a negative Covid test, she wrote me a “prescription” for a cough medicine. Absolute worst experience!! I broke my hand back in August 2020 and when I tried to get into the Urgent Care they told me they wouldn't be able to see me for 2 days so I had to find an out of network provider to get an Xray that cost me $185. went to Andrews Institute for follow up and they sent me to get an Xray at the imaging dept on campus. I asked them prior to setting the appointment to confirm my copay for the Xray. They replied that there was no copay. 2 weeks later I went to get the follow up Xray and asked the person at the counter about copay and I was told there was no copay.
