I highly recommend Kim Winthrop at Wake Up to Makeup. She is amazing!! I have used several permanent makeup places in the past but she is the best!! I have been going to her for my eyeliner and eyebrows for the past 5 years and the results are amazing every time ? She will not disappoint!
