We hired Varian Construction after having a disastrous experience with another contractor. They will forever be the angels who came to the rescue in our minds. Their work ethic, interactive website, attention to detail were beyond what you can hope for. The old saying, “you get what you pay for”, surely rang true. Every person who works for Bill Varian were friendly, timely, and so knowledgeable! We highly recommend them. They did beautiful tile work for new bathroom renovation, incredible carpenters, kitchen redone and the list can go on. Gratefully, the Marrazzo’s.

I highly recommend Varian Construction. They did an entire condo remodel for us in Naples. This remodel included the removal of several walls, reconfiguring the kitchen and a redesign of 2 bathrooms as well as laying down new flooring, painting, removing the popcorn ceilings and installing a variety of recessed and decorative light fixtures. Bill Varian is easy to work with and offers a lot of ideas and expertise. He is particular about the subcontractors that he hires because he is focused on consistency of results and the reliability of performance.
