US Cryotherapy Naples is a great place begin recovery after a workout.I run and use the gym frequently.Leg days at the gym leaves my hamstrings sore. Do yourself a favor and try the Normatec compression therapy. Works for me. Normatec reduces the soreness and gets you to recovery quickly. The process is relaxing and the leg treatment is much better than a massage.I also use the cryotherapy chamber. Biggest takeaway is the refreshed feeling and boost in mood after the cold treatment.While you’re at it look into the Novothor red light therapy. Fantastic experience! The cryo sauna was awesome. Full body immersion, not the cold tube most places put you in. Their Normatec treatment has me wanting to buy my own compression therapy rig. Visited this place on vacation to Naples; will absolutely go back next time I'm down there!
My first experience with Cryotherapy was at this facility and it didn't disappoint. Whoever assisted me did a phenomenal job with assisting me through the entire experience and it made me come back again recently.
