We had a wonderful experience with Comfort Caddies service staff. They responded the same day that we called. Their technician, Mitch (from Michigan) diagnosed the problem quickly. 1 hour later, repairs were complete. Could not recommend Comfort Caddies or Mitch any more highly!
Your technician, Basilio, worked on my AC unit today. What a pleasant, courteous young man. He explained why I was having a problem and gave me advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. He is definitely an employee to be proud of. I also appreciate your prompt service. I would definitely recommend Comfort Caddies.
