The receptionist I spoke to today was the SWEETEST. Just wanted to say that first. I called to get my 4 year old in last minute and Yvonne (I think that’s how you spell it) had one spot open. I am not sure if it’s just how she is in general or if she was having a bad day but there was a definite attitude. She seemed to have little patience towards my little guy who occasionally moved and although a part of me wanted to go mama bear I stayed calm and polite the entire time and my son for the most part remained happy and proud of himself for getting his haircut (because it always makes him anxious). Morgan is the best colorist in Naples! The placement, dimension, and execution of my blonde highlights with lighter ends was perfect. I have naturally dark hair and she was able to lighten my hair without damaging it. I love my hair!
