My A/C system was nearly twenty years old and it was time for a replacement system. I went to four different A/C companies for estimates. Superb was referred to me by a good friend. Another one I had been using for biannual maintenance and the other two I found on an internet search but had high ratings. I had estimates that had a range of $22.5 thousand from low to high! That's incredible! . Of all the estimates, Superb came in the lowest. By a lot! $2,600, in fact. I wondered about getting what you paid for but I decided to take a leap of faith because of the referral. I have two systems. One upstairs and one downstairs. Outstanding company always providing service above and beyond for our Maintenance Agreement with them. We called them at 7:15AM on a Sunday with a problem, and by 8AM had a professional technician come out. Follow up call received early Monday morning!

After unsatisfactory experiences with several other Heating Cooling companies, I was referred to try Superb Mechanical Services. I am thrilled to tell you that it was by far one of the best encounters with a Heating Cooling Company. They set me up with a pretty fast appointment for a pre summer Air Conditioner inspection. Dustin, the technician showed up very promptly and was courteous, polite and friendly. He explained everything he was going to check and all the services he would be preforming. He was ok that I wanted to follow him around everywhere and ask questions. He never, never tried to sell me anything that I didn't need, he didn't try to push any extra products on me at all. His integrity speaks volumes. That's more than I can say for other companies. He offered an easy tip on eliminating a little more humidity and he was so right. I couldn't be happier that I came across Superb Mechanical. You won't be disappointed if you reach out to them. They have my loyalty going forward.
