I bought a home from Jim Iverson in Brandon, FL June, 2023. It was a 1973 model. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I paid $45,000 I was relocating from Maine. I planned to live in this place until my home in Maine sold. It finally sold and I went to sell the one Iverson sold me with a different Realtor. They said it wasn't worth $25,000. It sold for $23,000. That's not on me. I'm not expected to know the Realty profession. That is on Mr. Iverson, considering his years working as a Realtor. He knew what he was doing. I LOST $19,000! I contacted Mr. I and he said "depends how you look at it". I contacted the Better Businees Bureau and the Attorney General. No reply from Sun-Realty or Mr. Iverson. I wrote a letter to Sun-Realty. The letter was returned. I want everyone to know what happened to me. Hopefully you will be saved from the debilitating feeling of the realization that a person could have you pay thousands of dollars more than what a home is worth. Be careful. Do your homework. Go somewhere else.

Tried reaching out to the broker and listing agent multiple times in regards to an apartment for lease, very hard to get ahold of someone and person who answers the phone was very rude! I'm sure there are many other brokers in Naples with better business practices!
