Marleny has been providing cleaning services at our Old Naples home, that also serves as a vacation rental, for 8 years. She is extremely trustworthy, thorough, friendly, reasonably priced, reliable, flexible and pays attention to details. On the rare occasion that something is missed or not done as well as it could've been (as we have high expectations) she is always willing to return, free of charge, to bring it up to the high standards that is typical of her/her team's work. She has even gone above and beyond and done small errands when we've been in a pinch (as we are not year-round residents of the area). I’ve known Marleny for a few years now. The gals that work with her are trained by her & are efficient, quick, trustworthy & I just love my the way my home looks when they’re done.
