I called to make an appointment at the last minute for microdermabrasion facial and Bill, not only very accommodating but also friendly and informative. upon arrival, I was greeted with a warmth welcome from Luz. she analyzed my skin and informed me what will be the best for my skin. during the treatment, Luz always gave me a heads up on what she was gonna do, the product she was using and the benefit of it. she didnt try to upsell or force you to buy this and that like many other places. I'm very thrilled with my session, my skin feel so fresh, tight and bright. I will definitely come back again even I have to drive all the way from Marco Island, it worthed it.
