The staff is personable and efficient. Dr Orr’s assistent was very competent, explained everything and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job. I’ve been a patient of Dr Orr for many years and have never thought of seeking another professional. She answers all questions, is personal and personable - all things that I deem essential.
I have found Dr. Orr to be a very competent, courteous, professional. She thoroughly explains procedures and respond to your questions. Her staff is very efficient and friendly. I have visited her several times in the course of the last several years.
I’ve been here twice now and both times have witnessed great customer service. Their receptionist Dove is a great listener and problem solver. The technician, Christine was so funny, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful to her client. I watched her go above and beyond for every client she interacted with.
