I’ve used this company on and off multiple times over the years and have consistently had great experiences. Their pricing has always been fair, and the work has been solid. The only issue I ever ran into was when they cut into a customer’s wall without informing me beforehand. I think they just assumed I knew it would be necessary. I work in construction, but plumbing is definitely not my area of expertise—which is why I hired them in the first place.

That said, they handled the job well overall, and I’ve recommended them to several people over the years. One miscommunication doesn’t outweigh the many positive experiences I’ve had.

Just want to commend South Florida Plumbing for standing behind their work. If you want an honest company, this is the company to go with. We had an issue and they handled it without hesitation to our complete satisfaction.

South Florida Plumbing is doing a complete plumbing remodel for us. Three bathrooms complete remodel and the creation of a new shower in a 1/2 bath, relocation of new water heater, relocation of washer and dryer, new water lines where needed, new valves throughout including the kitchen sink (not kidding). While we are about 1/2 way through the project, I have nothing but good things to say about them thus far. Their plumbers are experienced and professional, we have met a few and they are all GREAT!
