Happened to see their truck while driving with my wife and son. Both ladies (didn't get their names) were absolutely amazing. They were super nice and attentive. Definitely made our day!

This Rita's Water Ice is just like the ones I have frequented in Philadelphia and the Jersey Shore. It's tidy and the staff are incredibly patient when you taste half-a-dozen flavors like I do. And like always, I get the strawberry water ice because nothing is better on a sunny day.The place also has a drive through for those that don't want the experience of looking at all the flavors through the glass freezer and debating over their choices.

My family and I have loved Rita's for a long time. So, when we learned that there was a Ritas in Naples, where we were on vacation we were excited to have it! We have been to multiple Ritas through the years, but this one stood out from the rest. First of all, this Ritas also served food (hot dogs) and ice cream! We had never seen a Ritas offer this before. Second, the store was nicely decorated - and spotless, like shiny clean. Finally, Phiyo, the assistant manager who helped us was incredibly thoughtful.
