The adventure started by a referral from my cousin Jennifer. TY. About this time last year we flew in to finalize our decision to buy in ICP. Renee was there every step of the way. We moved a meeting with ICP due to Ian and was the last flight out before it hit. In such a whirlwind Renee was unwavering. I am sure I would be focused on Ian but she kept us calm. As of last week we moved in. We were in shock and emotional but Renee is detailed and helped us with a punch list to make things perfect. I hope we win the lottery and get to do it again! Renee is amazing. To date, we’ve purchased three homes and sold one home with Renee leading the charge. She can read people well, which is helpful with negotiations; and she read me and knew when I was stressed and helped ease my own worries throughout the process. In addition, Renee thinks two to three steps ahead of the game (and you).
