I understand business is crazy in the construction industry now. Still, when I called RBS for a truss package quote, lumber package, interior door, and exterior door package, they assigned me to David Kiefer, their sales rep. He is very arrogant and rude. He has little man syndrome and doesn't like to deal with women! He first said that if you're not planning on buying our truss package, don't waste my time quoting it. I wouldn't be calling for a quote if I didn't plan on purchasing the packages. We met with David and another gentleman (can't remember his name - very Nice guy). Our new home builder Kaye Homes worked with Raymond and this is what we ended up with…I wouldn’t recommend either one! It’s been months and Raymond has done nothing to remedy any of this. The outdoor kitchen cabinets are falling apart and buckling. There are screw’s sticking out of our kitchen cabinets. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
