All my interactions have been professionally managed and made challenging for me. Not tooooo much and not tooooo little. What I expected and am comfortable with. The staff and fellow classmates ate personable, kind and supportive. It is east to be that way in the environment provided for me. I will say thank you for being who you say you are. Much appreciated.

I love this gym and how it is kept clean/organized! The trainers truly care about you and never make you feel bad if you have a question or need to modify an exercise. It is always great feeling to walk in and greeted by name.

Love this place. On my seventh time coming and it has made me feel so much better energy wise and I can already tell my difference in the way I look physically and also my strength. I need this in order to work out, I never went to the gym in past 25 years because I didn't have anything/anyone to hold me accountable. This is what I needed and they do a great job of having the workout plan set and ready for you. In and out in 1 hour and you feel it!
