“Don't call any other company but Sunwest!! Just came back from a long Labor Day vacation to a lazy and leaking water heater. Called a few companies and they started off with maintenance plans which "could save me in the future" but didn't really explain the best solution for my home. Tara from Sunwest explained that Rheem offers a 12-year warranty on their Prestige Professional water heaters and explained these are more expensive but offer advanced leak protection and come with a water main shut-off valve in the event the unit does get old and fails/leaks as well as connectivity to Wifi. Her tech's Matt and Ryan were extremely knowledgeable, professional and treated the install like it was their own home! I have a few small projects in mind which need to be tackled. When I am ready, I am making one phone call to Sunwest All Service!

He also replaced the expansion tank with a value. Since moving in four years ago, I've been nervous about it. He also inspected the remaining plumbing in our condo.
