Platinum does a very good job. Keeps customers advised on status and handles special requests. Of course that all comes with a cost. It all comes with a price as the service has a premium price.
Was greeted warmly and offered a bottle of water . Was reassured that they were confident that the stain on my jacket would be removed safely.Was texted a note to say it was ready for pickup which was on time . My jacket looks like new again .Thank you for the great quality service. !!
I brought my Wedding dress in for cleaning. It had been packed with blue tissue paper and was damaged in the flood. They restored it beautifully so that my daughters can use it in the future. I am so grateful to them for saving my dress!!!
