All of the doctors I saw were incredible! Most of my nurses were amazing but one nurse blew my vein and failed to properly secure the others she attempted to put in. I have never had an issue getting an IV or blood taken. To make matters worse she accused me of ripping them out myself but as you can clearly see it was not securely attached and fell out twice. I never complain but it honestly hurt my feelings that she was accusing me of her malpractice and mistakes. Advocate for yourself if you feel something isn't right.

So far, so good. The Pine Ridge hospital location appears to be much newer than the Collier location. Like night and day. Everyone is super friendly here. They have ER & Valet parking. There is a hotel on Pine Ridge nearby & restaurants. I will update more in future.

Very grateful to all the medical personnel who care for my Mom,They are very professional and their treatment is truly admirable, including some of the names, Sandra Sánchez, Alejandra Pérez, Cristina, and the student intern, Sophia Cuprill-Nilson, truly grateful to all these wonderful people,
