The check in process was a bit surprising. We had an apt. for 4:30 and arrived at 4:36. We stood in line for another six minutes because there was only one person to check us in. When it was our turn to sign in the receptionist said our apt was at 4:30 and we might have to reschedule. I let him know we were only six minutes late, but had to stand in line for another six minutes. I didn't feel we could cut in line. He then told us he would have to check with the doctor to see if we could still keep our appointment because we were scheduled for a 15 min apt and are only allowed a 5 min grace time. Wow! Thankfully, we did get to see the doctor.
It is getting scary I have so many doctors now that I am up in age.. however millennium staff makes me feel comfortable..I really appreciate that millennium.. doctors and staff.. thanks so much ?..will see you again soon
Joy Christenson is the most caring PA for Dr Scola! Her bedside manner is expertise! Joy always makes time for me and usually gets me in on the same day when I need her. You are very fortunate to have her on your staff.
