Petco is located in a convenient location and the parking lot offers good parking space. The store is clean and dog and cat food is easy to find. They have everything laid out well, and on a recent trip, I was able to grab a few items and be on my way, instead of wandering through the store trying to find something. Prices are comparable to the other big box pet store and this store has an even better selection of refrigerated pet foods. They also offer shopping incentives to make the cost more competitive. It's nice to see the variety of quality foods they offer and you know you're getting the best for your pets. Although I have a couple of fluffy pups who go to the groomer, I have not used their grooming service. Can't say anything about that, but the store itself is a good place to shop and the staff is pleasant and helpful. It would be great if they built a store closer to my house, but until then, this store is on my list of places to shop.
When planning a trip out of the country, my family decided to take our fur baby with us. We take him everywhere.... It's kind of a problem. Our fur baby has gained some weight lately. So we needed to ensure we had a carrying case that was big enough for him but also airport friendly. We were able to find one at Petco. No one helped us. Though the section for carriers looked very picked through.we were able to bring the fur baby into the store and put him in different bags so we could see how he fit in different bags. Once we made a selection we headed to the cash register. Dakota, a man who worked at the front, gave my fur baby a cookie for the road as he wasn't going to eat it right there and then. Greatly appreciated. Thanks petco and Dakota!
You can never get through to grooming over the phone. Walk in appointments don't exist to them. The online booking is pointless unless you want to book weeks out. Step up the customer service at this location
