PetCo's staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable We used to be a PetSmart customer but their level is no where near as helpful and courteous as PetCo's. So we will be doing all shopping for pet needs at PetCo from now on!

When planning a trip out of the country, my family decided to take our fur baby with us. We take him everywhere.... It's kind of a problem. Our fur baby has gained some weight lately. So we needed to ensure we had a carrying case that was big enough for him but also airport friendly. We were able to find one at Petco. No one helped us. Though the section for carriers looked very picked through.we were able to bring the fur baby into the store and put him in different bags so we could see how he fit in different bags. Friendly and helpful staff and wide selection of brands. Have always found what I’m looking for. And having the pet condos with the sweet kitties is always a welcome sight. I want to adopt them all!
