The front desk person was very efficient and polite, the nurse Cathy was very friendly, and Dr. Langley was also very nice and thorough. The provider was fantastic, with great bedside manner, and was gentle, quick, and efficient. Michael was very kind and efficient, and Cathy was absolutely phenomenal - professional, kind, and engaging. I had been feeling awful with a blocked ear and sinus discomfort for a week. Not being familiar with the urgent cares in my area, I came upon Naples Urgent Care as they took my UHC Insurance . The set up is more like a small and inviting doctors office. From the time I walked in I was greeted by a nice young man who had me fill out paper work. I can’t say enough good things about. She was so thorough with her examination and diagnosis and the treatment. I had to have my ears flushed due to wax build up and she took her time as to not cause injury to my ear drums during the process especially when using the hand instrument....read full review

Kathy is wonderful! She and Dr. Jose took great care of me--it was the best, most personalized service ever. I haven't had a medical visit like that, maybe ever. Thanks from an Arizona (former Alaska) girl, far from home.
