This agent is extremely sharp and still so very courteous. After 10 minutes I felt he was an old friend. He seems to enjoy tackling problems and resolving them. He is definitely a credit to your organization.

Pedro stepped in to help when all efforts to get a telephone service installed by Comcast were unsuccessful. His recommendations and knowledge were excellent and he fixed the problem in an unfailingly efficient and courteous manner, even when a house call was necessary to get the telephone working. I highly recommend his service.
