Nate is super helpful solving problems with my computer. I belong to the VIP program and it has helped me trememdously this past year. Whenever I've had a problem, I can call him and he always answers! THat quick responsiveness in and of itself is of such value to me. Nate is very knowledgable and has solved my computer problems remotely within a short period of time on multiple occasions!!!! I am retired and have missed my support staff at work until I tried Naples PC- they are my new retired computer support staff and have solved all my computer issues. I highly recommend Naples PC!!!!!

Had a relatively simple issue and he turned me around after the diagnostic and said there were no problems. He could’ve easily charged me for a new fan, but instead, he worked quickly and called me within a few days after conducting extensive tests to try to localize the issue. Worked with a smile and was a pleasure to speak to. 100% recommend.

I am a medical doctor. The safety and care of my patients, prescribing medications, maintaining clear and accurate records of problems and solutions, ordering lab tests and recording their results, and corresponding with other doctors and hospitals ALL depend on absolutely reliable computer functioning.
