“Not entirely happy with the service. The technician may have been a novice as she didn’t seem to have the experience others do.
The cuticle cleanup was very light, the filing was ok..ish, she didn’t speak much to me and breathed through her mouth and onto my hands and face because she seemed very congested. When I paid and gave my feedback to the lady who asked me about my service, she called out the technician and asked if those were allergies.
She told me I should have asked her to use a mask.. really? At the very least, she should have known to use one or she should have stayed home if she’s sick.
I think it could have been handled differently. But I hope you’re right, and it’s all allergies. But if I get the flu or anything else, I’ll know where I got it.
The color was applied in heavy blobs, my nails are thick and bumpy…

Also, the utensils didn’t seem to be sterilized. Let’s just say I won’t return here. I really was hoping for the best because I’m new to the area and I chose this place based on the reviews.

I don’t like to give less than 5 stars reviews but I’m not happy. I wanted to get off the chair as soon as she started to breathe on my face but I didn’t want to be rude. And if I asked her to wear a mask, it would have been rude too.. not to mention that then she wouldn’t be able to breathe at all.. ?‍♀️“

“I had my first visit today at Royal De Luxe and I absolutely loved my experience! I had a manicure and pedicure done with Katrina, I couldn’t say enough amazing things. Her attention to detail is impeccable and she copied to the tee my inspo picture! I will be coming back to this salon and Katrina for services from now on! The place is gorgeous inside! Comfortable massage chairs. Super clean. Everyone seemed to love their jobs & they all helped one another. Super friendly staff & owners!!
Pedicure was so relaxing. Andrea really made it so relaxing & felt so good on my sore feet. They don’t make you feel rushed & it allows you to actually enjoy the moment. The foot scrub & exfoliate smelled so good & felt amazing.
Neyanla (unsure of spelling) did my acrylics. I wanted almond-shaped nails & a pearly pink color. I’ve only gotten nails a few times in my life bc my natural nails are usually long & pretty. I had previous horrible experiences with nails that were just awful & didn’t last a day, so I was anxious to try again. This young lady could have done my nails with her eyes closed. She was amazing. Very kind, very friendly. Shaped them perfectly. Whatever she used to create a chrome-like color was absolutely beautiful. My nails ended up looking like a beautiful pink opal & the colors shifted in the light. They closed at 630 while she was finishing my nails & she never once watched the clock or made me feel rushed. As I said, I never get nails, so I don’t know the general routine & she could have easily cut corners to shave time without me knowing any better. She took her time, asked me what I thought & proceeded to lotion up my hands & do a hand massage.
What a wonderful atmosphere with beautiful people working! I will never go anywhere else! These folks really set the bar high. May they all be blessed! I’m beyond satisfied

Unlike other salons that are busy with other customers, with loud TV’s and the clutter if supplies everywhere, Classic Edge is small, so you get focused, personalized attention. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. And I learned that two of their stylists are (one will be soon) certified pedicurists, so they are specially trained for older/sensitive/diabetic clients!“

“I’ve been in Florida for a year and this has been the BEST place. I have been going there since May. I go with my mom. We have both been very pleased every single time we go! At other places, we would just let them know we would be back, but with this place, we set up an appointment before we leave! Their customer service is exceptional and they are so kind and they do what you would like them to do! I took my kids there once and the service individually to them was amazing as well! They are very focused on pleasing the customers, very friendly, and seem to go above and beyond with their detail and service! I’m a FOREVER customer!! “I was referred to Yoky, this was my first time to this salon. It was a pleasant experience. A positive environment and everyone was polite. Very accommodating! My technician, Yoky was so caring and careful. She did both my pedicure and my manicure and she was amazing! She takes her time and pays close attention to detail. Great job cleaning around and with the cuticle. A real manicure. Paid $45 for French manicure gel. Took her time to make sure everything was perfect, but also didnt take too long. I'm definitely coming back, found my new nail spot.“

“AMAZING!!! I called as a walk-in and they were very kind and said they were able to take me right away. I got the passion spa pedicure with Victor and he was very detailed even with my tiny nail beds and my feet have never felt softer. So I googled the salon called Lili scheduled me with Valentina, so happy she did! I have never been a repeat customer before until I got my nails done at herbal nail bar, every place I had been to would Cut off too much of my cuticles making them bleed. Don literally brought my nails and cuticles back from the dead. Quality does not come cheap, the costs are 100% justified in my opinion because they work hard, use top-quality materials and treat you and your nails with the utmost care! I highly recommend them for anyone wanting nails that last over a month without breaking or chipping!“
