Benny was our technician. He came to service our refrigerator, he was quick to diagnose the problem and order the part and installed the next day! Very professional and the office sent a text/email with name and photo of technician that would be coming to my home. From the first phone call all the way to the end of fixing my Kitchen Aide Oven, everyone was courteous, professional, prompt. Our technician Justin was knowledgeable, friendly, clean. We have not had such a positive experience with any other company before. Will 100% use them again and recommend to all my friends and family.
