I’ve had my septic tank cleaned several times in past years. When other companies came they didn’t attempt to locate my 2nd tank lid. The 2 technicians Danny and Freddy that came out to clean my tank, the 1st thing they did was locate the 2nd lid and dug it up. Now keep in mine I had the other lid located for them and they located the 2nd lid to clean out that part. They also stuck a fish tape going to the house because it was clogged. I very highly recommend Monty Sanitation. They go above and beyond and are very professional.

I had two gentleman come look at the alarm for my septic system. It was making a funny noise. As they were replacing it I asked how ofter should I have the tank pumped out with 7 people in the house? They said you should check yearly and they offered to check. When they pulled lid off we found it was full and backing up into pipe. I asked if there company pumped and the said yes and gave me # to call. They said they could come tomorrow. I explained that I have 3 babies in house and couldn't afford a back up. He said let me see what I can do. He called back shortly and said he was sending crew but didn't know what time. They showed up at 6:30 and was there till... read full review

Team arrived on time and followed my instructions on where to park the truck in order not to damage the driveway. They were quick and very professional. They showed me images of before and after, including filter. Great price and service!
