I transported 3 vehicles with Matson movers over a two year period. The third time, their rates increased. Although when it came time to ship my car they quoted me $200 more. They had locked in my price prior to pickup. Although, they charged me $200 more at pickup date. I contacted the broker, John Rua at Auto Care Transport. He promised me that I would get my $200 refunded. It has been 2 months and after emailing him several times, he does not respond. I am very unhappy with this transport. My car was 2 weeks late and has a scuff mark on the hood, which looks like they tried to repair themselves. Don't use this company!

Matson movers moved me several times and did a Fabulous job!!! Very responsible, careful, honest and keep you calm during a stressful time. I highly recommend them!!!
