Our group booked a yoga session with Laura on the beach, and we had such a great experience! Laura has such a fun and positive energy! We had varying levels of experience, and she did a great job tailoring the session for each of us. If I lived in Naples, I would take her class all the time. Would highly recommend booking with her! Thank you Laura for such an amazing class, a highlight from my bachelorette trip :)

Lo is an amazing yoga teacher. Her knowledge and passion make for a perfect yoga flow and what can be better than a class on the beach! Definitely attend her class, it is the perfect way to start a morning.

Best yoga ever. Perfect beach and an instructor that so well prepared. With Lo, I've never experienced the same class twice and Lo is always learning and providing amazing yoga practice. Pair that with a view of the gulf; dolphins and pelicans for entertainment. Lo encourages drop in as well as those of us who are hooked on her teaching. Bring a beach blanket and ten bucks and practice with the group!
