We've been working with Tim DeBord as the company representative. It's been easy to communicate with him. He always responded quickly to all of our questions and concerns. The reason we chose to work with him was that he promised that will be no out of pocket expenses but only what they can get from our insurance company. The K.Simon Construction did great quality job of our roof replacement, and Tim DeBord kept his promise in the end - we didn't pay anything out of pocket.
Bill \\u0026 Joe at K Simon Construction Naples Florida did a great job on our roof replacement. We lost our tile roof in the 140 mph hurricane winds. They replaced it with a Stone Coated Steel Roof and had it done in 3 days. Quality work from educated professionals. Ready for the next hurricane! ?
