I just watched Mr. Jones doing a sub panel video. Great stuff. I really liked the comments about paying knowledge forward and helping people. I’m an electrical helper and helping a guy do a basement sub panel. I do intend to call and ask one or two questions regarding the bonding jumper. Thank you so much!

The guy in the video was VERY helpful. However my new Honeywell thermostat has a jumper from slots R - RC. My old stat had a RED wire in the R slot. Do I leave the jumper in the R slot and put RED wire in with it?
