Ricki and David ( owners), Brian (sales), and the entire service team are tops- 20 on a scale of 10. I have been using them for 5+ years for routine maintenance after multiple bad experiences with other HVAC companies. More recently, for service on a Trane system that has always been problematic. Then multiple parts failures that they ”nursed” the system through. When it came time to stop throwing good money after a bad system ( NEVER buy a Trane) they installed a Carrier system they highly recommended. Of course the most recent problem with the Trane came right before a long Holliday weekend and they immediately delivered 2 portable AC units to hold us over until they could get the Carrier components delivered and installed. Their service team takes great pride in their work showing me the finished job with their pride clearly evident. This is a long standing family-owned company that treats you fairly and delivers a great service and product package. Yes...I am a fan, but they earned it!
