Janine sold our condo quickly under difficult market conditions. Our West of US-41 community was flooded in hurricane Ian, and the fees are now doubled. As a result, there were 10 listings for sale when we listed, and Janine has the only two closed sales in 2024. Her design degree gives her the know how to stage inexpensively, and it made a world of difference. She priced it correctly and sold it in 27 days. She held open houses and accompanied every showing; she has 30 years of sales and negotiations experience, and it shows. She handled everything from start to finish with an upbeat cheerful attitude. I would recommend Janine to anyone wanting to buy or sell in Naples!
