Had a big clog in the house and wanted to ensure my septic and drainfield were okay afterwards. I moved into the house 5 years ago and didn't have a clear idea of when the tank was last pumped, so I called JC and they helped me schedule a visit the next day. Alex contacted me 30 minutes ahead as JC promised, and when I answered the door he already had found my lid, dug it up and was ready to go. Great prices and service - I will be using JC going forward!
