Sure enough 2 gentleman came to help me carry my 50 LB. rug. A beautiful showroom filled with one of a kind rare rugs from all over the globe. This was absolutely one of the best experiences we have had with a vendor in recent years. Carlos who I think is the owner, was just a pure pleasure to work with. He is deeply knowledgeable about oriental rugs. They have all the right equipment to do the job with and their results were fabulous. They arrived when they said they would and returned when they said they would. They were over the top cautious with our furniture and the rugs and we had to do nothing.
