I took a 90 minute private lesson today. I have been doing hot yoga for over 2 years. I go 4 times a week in MI & TN. This Naples studio is amazing. It is well worth any yoga students time to take a private and learn the correct position for each pose. I learned so incredibly much and can’t wait to implement all that I learned into my daily practice. In any other sport- golf, tennis, etc… we take lessons. Private instruction is key and all of the instructors at this studio are amazing! I’m so Thankful for this studio and all the instructors!
This place is the original Naples hot 90 yoga. Still crushing it and exceeding the standard for how this 'beginners yoga' can be shared and enjoyed by our community. Friendly, educational, inspiring, motivated teachers guide and teach us students through the postures. Hot Pilates and other classes have been added recently. Yoga gear/clothes for sale......refreshments too. Mats/towels for rent if needed. Showers are great. Monthly FREE class has returned.
I never leave reviews but I had such a great experience I decided to leave my first review ever. The owner/ instructor is so kind and helpful, along with everyone in the session. Such a great experience.
