“I found Rocio due to the fact that she carries organic products. I’ve been cutting my own hair for a while since I stopped coloring and just have a plain all one length cut. I was glad to get it cleaned up by a professional. Rocio went way beyond my expectations for a simple cut. My hair has never looked better. She was determined to get it perfect. She kept going over it a number of times and she did an excellent job.<br><br>She fixed the pieces around my face which I’ve never known exactly what to do there and other stylists never did anything special with that either. I also appreciated the fact that even though I was going there for products, she didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff. She’s definitely a less is more person and isn’t all about making money off of you. She wants to give you the right products but wasn’t pushy at all.. quite the opposite … she sold me about the least amount of products as she could’ve considering I would’ve not been surprised if she recommended more. It was really the minimum which was refreshing. This shows she really has integrity and cares about people and her work, rather than just trying to make as much money as possible.<br><br>Her salon is delightful in decor as is her personality and chatting with her. I don’t do many reviews, but felt this was the time to share my experience. I am from Chicago, so I’m only here in winter, but will surely plan my haircuts to be more around winter time and do my usual touch ups myself as needed and she can fix it when I’m back lol. Thank you Rocio for being above and beyond the typcial salon in every way. I’m very excited about my new products. My hair is curling better after the treatment she gave me which removed the impurities. It’s like it can breathe again and be more of its natural self. I look forward to conditioner being able to penetrate my hair better now and using clean products. I can’t recommend Rocio enough!“

“Jon did an outstanding job touching up my roots today. My hairdresser from Indiana had provided the formula and Jon discussed that with me in detail. I told him I wasn't sure if I also needed my highlights refreshed, but Jon did not recommend that even though he had allotted enough time to do both my roots and highlights. He was so kind even though he wasn't going to get as much business from me. Ironically, his next client had not scheduled highlights but decided she needed it and Jon had time so it all worked out. I know it is harder to just touch up roots, but Jon really did a great job. I would highly recommend Jon Carlos! Nice guy, very thorough, and he does excellent work.“
