HaChi Spa has been giving me manicures and pedicures for several years. I have appreciated their expertise and the relationship I've had with them until the last couple months when I have had a nail technician new to me. The most recent problem was this morning when I received a text an hour before my appointment that I scheduled a week ahead that my appointment was cancelled and I could reschedule. When I called to clarify the person who answered the phone only asked when I want a new appointment, nothing more. I won't be going back to HaChi.

Very rude!!! Would NEVER go back there. First time I went my gels chipped that evening. Went back a second time (call me crazy). I told them I didn't want same nail tech. The guy said "oh well" and cancelled my appointment. Really? I was willing to give them a second chance. So insteadI went down the street and had my nails done. (They turned out great) and Hachi got a crappy review.

Aly was great! Clean, professional. Gel polish came off the same afternoon on one finger nail and chips on other nails. Need harder coat, as I’m very careful so they look good for long time. Very disappointed as I came from out of area and left same day so couldn’t go back. Next time will get in same town staying in case this happens again.Service: Manicure
