I hesitated to provide a review because I didn't want people to know about this gem of Naples. Gina and her instructors are top notch and the studio is small yet well-equipped, organized and clean.Gina is very knowledgeable about Pilates, of course, but also the human anatomy, so she's naturally very in tune with her students and unique requirements that might require modifications to simple through complex movements. She's very good at providing alternatives for all participants.

Love Gina and her classes. I've taken some Pilates classes in Europe before and they were nowhere near as fun, diverse and well-thought out. The classes are small (max 5 people), the instructor is constantly walking around and adjusting everyone's posture or exercise so all of us do it correctly. There's a constant flow to the class, with no odd breaks and I truly look forward to the days I have Pilates booked before heading into work. I hope they never move as I work a lot and my office is a few feet away from them. I'm signed up for life, that's for sure :D :)) A treat for myself.
