On time for the cleaning and greeted with a “Hello Bill. How is your day?” My hygienist was early and proceeded to put me through thorough cleaning. They informed me of my cost as i do not have “FULL” dental insurance. No complaints with the staff-service-or costs. Thank you for your professional assistance. See you in February!!!👍🌴🇺🇸🦷
My prior dentist passed away, so called to see if they were accepting patients as I was overdue on having an exam and cleaning. I was dreading finding a new dentist. I was very happy with my old dentist. Past experience tells me was going to go through bad experiences again until I found a good one again. I’m 79 years old. I don’t want the perfect smile and braces at my age. I just want what I have to last what I do have to last as long as it can and maintain a healthy mouth. I wasn’t optimistic. I called to see if they were accepting new patients and was able to have my exam and cleaning done the same day. A follow up on filling a cavity next week and appointment six months out for my next cleaning. The office staff was extremely helpful and friendly and they seemed very cohesive as a group, like they really enjoyed working together. The hygienist was very thorough with my imaging and cleaning.. Very modern imaging equipment where a 3D image of my teeth could be viewed from all angles. I’m guessing the latest technology. Dr Schaake examined my mouth and reviewed the hygienist’s work. Both were very friendly and professional. The experience reminded me of my experience with Synergy Health, where you become like part of the family. It’s that type of experience. I couldn’t be more pleased.
I had my first visit to Gateway of Naples Dental today and it was a very pleasant experience . Everyone from the receptionist,Shelby, to Dr. Schaake were professional and friendly. My Hygenist Carlos Sierra was awesome and my teeth feel so clean! I look forward to my second visit in six months. Thank you Gateway! I’m smiling again!
