Daughter ordered flowers for Mothers Day and when they arrived they were wilted and petals falling off the roses and Mums. I took pictures and called them on Saturday morning. Got an answering machine, never called back. Called again before the closure time and got the same thing. Called Monday and explained my issue and they told me they would send a replacement out. Now Tuesday afternoon no flowers and you can't get them to answer they phone. It goes directly to VM. I would not recommend.

Ordered my Mom a PREMIUM bouquet from "From You Flowers" for Mother's Day. I live in Nj and sent them to her in Naples Florida. The flowers delivered were nothing like the flowers ordered and looked less than lovey-even depressing as they were not even fresh in appearance. I called and mentioned the issue and the representative Chris hung up on me. I'm sure he didn't think I was local visiting with Mom, so I drove to the Bellys Flower shop. Chris said the driver must have picked up the wrong vase and that he would replace them with the appropriate arrangement and deliver the next day, on Mother's Day. No flowers ever arrived. WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this rude and shady proprietor. They certainly take advantage.

I send my mom flowers throughout the year. Local florist names Belly's Flowers Parties & Gifts were used by 1800flowers. Here is what was ordered and what was received. So disappointed. Thankfully I was down here to see the arrangement when it was delivered. My parents wouldn't have known what I ordered. Headed out to buy something nice for my mom. (#1800flowers need to audit check your suppliers.!!!) #1800flowers
